Karen designed the “Karen Vold Special” along with Linda Scholtz, their students and master saddle maker Bob Brenner with the NEW following features:

     1.  One piece cover that is padded and covered with top grain leather for a smooth working surface

       2.  Crupper hand holds with your choice of steel core or rawhide core

      3.  Separate Hippodrome strap dees

       4.  In-skirt rigging to minimize saddle roll

The saddle is custom made and includes breast collar, hippodrome strap, shoulder strap, cossack strap, stroud strap and taildrag straps.
